Brigadeiros

This is the Brazilian version of a truffle which is a delicious milky caramel covered in whatever you desire!

1 can condensed milk
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 tsp salt
Chocolate sprinkles, cocoa, nuts, tempered dipping chocolate or other covering

Put condensed milk, cocoa powder, butter and salt into a small pan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.

Pour mixture into a greased pan/bowl and let cool to room temp or refrigerate.

Grease hands w/ butter and use a small ice cream scoop (or your hands) to form balls with the caramel mix.  Roll the balls in a bowl of the sprinkles or somethin else if you want..
