Tuna and Avocado Poke

Perfect summer appetizer!  I serve this with rice crackers for scooping.

Serves 6

1 lb of very fresh raw ahi tuna, chopped into 1/2" cubes
1 ripe avocado, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 green onion, sliced
2 tablespoons cilantro, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chile oil
2 tablespoons ponzu sauce (find this at Whole Foods)

Put everything in a bowl and mix.  Serve immediately- this doesn't keep real well so you should try to eat it all while it's fresh.
