Chez Spencer (French)

Chez Spencer is one of my favorite French restaurants in the city.  It has a romantic atmosphere and amazing food.  I usually start with the asparagus salad or bouillabaisse and then move to the filet mignon which is always prepared perfectly.  The venison tenderloin or parmesan risotto are also wonderful.
